Our Governing Body

The school is a registered charity and is a foundation of The Order of The Marist Sisters.  The Sisters form a board of Trustee’s and appoint the Governing Body.

Mrs Ann Nash (Chair of Governors)
A retired Deputy Head, now Visiting Lecturer at St. Mary’s University, supporting Post Graduate Teacher Training. A Foundation Governor for Arundel and Brighton and an Additional Skills Governor for Surrey.





Sister Mazarello Clyne S.M. (Chair of Trustees)

Sister Pauline O’Neill S.M.
A retired Headteacher of our Preparatory School and current Marist Sector Leader of Communities in England and Wales.

Mrs Barbara Denning
A retired member of the Senior Leadership Team after 24 years at The Marist.  She joined the Governing Body in 2011.

Mr Denver Dias
A Chartered Accountant and a parent to two past pupils of the School.

Mr Michael O’Sullivan
An Accountant and Consultant.  He is a former parent of girls who attended the School.

Mr Andrew Stables
A retired solicitor and Director of Myrrh Education, a skills training provider.

Mr Patrick Wilson
40 years teaching Catholic Education, including 8 years as Deputy Head and recently retired from 17 years as Headteacher of Salesian Farmborough.

Ms Clare Erikkson

Sister Helena Whelan S.M.
A Trustee of The Marist Order and Sector Bursar.  Additionally, Sister is a member of the Congregational Finance Committee (Rome).

Father Noel Wynn S.M.
A retired Principal of St. Mary’s College Hull and Regional Superior of Marist Fathers England.
