Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a programme which seeks to develop self-confidence, independence, commitment, and social conscience through volunteering, learning new skills, taking part in physical activity, and completing an expedition.

The Award is run through the school and our DofE expedition partners Off Grid Adventures who provide us with expert training and assessment weekends for the expedition element of the award.

It is a great opportunity to get involved in and currently 80% of pupils in each year group between Years 9-11 are participating in the Award.
